The end of dry January is almost here but what to do on the last weekend? Binge watch Netflix shows of course, duh. Here are some Netflix shows you can happily binge over the weekend.
1. Conversations With A Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes
30 years ago this month, serial killer Ted Bundy was executed for murdering over 30 people although police believe he was involved in over 100 killings.
Listen to the man himself talk about his childhood and the people who were trying to bring him to justice, one word of advice, don’t watch this alone.
2. Sex Education
Channeling his Sex Therapist mother, inexperienced teen Otis decides to set up a Sex Therapy clinic at school for the hopeless students of Moordale High.
Get ready for love, laughs, lube, and the best time of their lives.
3. Titans
In the mood for some anti superheros? Titans is definitely one to watch. Taking inspiration from Cartoon Network’s Teen Titans Robin, Starfire and Gar all join together to help Rachel who is struggling big time with her powers.
Watch the team as they beat up bad guys and fight off some of their own demons. Keep an eye out too for some surprise characters.
4. Black Mirror – Bandersnatch
Black Mirror has created some of the best suspenseful, gritty, scary and unnerving tales in the last few years. Each episode of the show has its own story with each one taking a turn that no one would expect.
Bandersnatch is no different, designed like a video game viewers decide how the story plays out and each option creates a different ending. Some people have spent days choosing different choices to see how it turns out.
Once you watch this you will be hooked on Black Mirror if you aren’t already.
5. Friends From College
The show centers on a group of friends who went to Harvard together and are now facing down their forties and experiencing a range of success, or lack thereof, both professionally and domestically.
With interwoven and oftentimes complicated relationships with one another, the series is a hilarious exploration of old friendships, old flames and trying to balance adult life with a bit of nostalgia thrown in for kicks. Plus we do love How I Met Your Mother star Cobie Smulders!
