While we are all struggling in lockdown at the moment, why not take up an activity to pass the time away. Why not take up COOKING!

While spending majority of our time at home and stuck indoors, a lot of us have become complacent with what we are eating and putting into our body’s. Lack of motivation, being uninspired to cook along with many other things have caused us students to take the easy way out and call up our local takeaway at least once a week, according to a recent survey conducted by Oxygen.ie. The survey, completed by over 750 respondents, stated that 33% of students order takeaways at least once a week. And their average weekly spend on takeaways is between €10-12.

With money being tight at the moment, why not reduce your takeaway consumption and spend your money on healthy nutritious foods that will save you that little bit of cash and also make you feel a lot stronger and healthier both physically and mentally.
